- This course covers the fundamentals of the Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) for data acquisition, management, and integration of data with Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Students will configure GPS/GNSS devices, acquire and process field data, and export the information to a GIS platform for advanced analyses.
