    Description
    This course will explore fundamental biological principles as applied to humans. Topics will include evolution; ecology and human impact on the environment; human heredity including genetics and DNA structure and function; cell structure and function; major organ systems including structure, function, and pathology; human reproduction and development; and the scientific method, including evaluation of scientific and medical information in the media and application of this knowledge to real life decision-making.
