    Description
    This course presents the fundamentals of graphic design including history, theory, and practice. Students will use graphic design as a means of communicating ideas in a digital environment. Specific focus will be given to principles of design, balance and visual hierarchy, and the integration of text and image. Students will survey the history of graphic design as a basis for exploring and understanding graphic design fundamentals.
