- This is a career planning course primarily for high school students and recent high school graduates who are interested in or are currently in positions such as police explorers, police cadets, police aids, and community service officers in local police departments. The functions of law enforcement agencies and their relationship to the Criminal Justice System will be explored. Students will examine community-involved policing and general police practices.
