Transfers ToCSUCSU GE Area EDescriptionThis course is an introduction to the discipline of Kinesiology through softball techniques and includes a global and historical examination of the skills and techniques of advanced softball and the changes that have influenced the modern game. The course also includes an analysis of movement, team interaction, and softball theory. Through team practice and scrimmages the student will learn the various segments of offensive and defensive play while exercise physiology, nutrition, flexibility, and strength concepts for conditioning will also be covered.
