Transfers ToCSUCSU GE Area EDescriptionThis course is an introduction to the discipline of Kinesiology through offensive football techniques and includes a global and historical examination of the skills and techniques of advanced offensive football and the changes that have influenced the modern game. Through the study of film and the use of playbooks, the student will learn the various segments of offensive play. Exercise physiology, nutrition, flexibility, and strength concepts for conditioning will be covered.
