- This course provides an understanding of employment practices and opportunities in automotive business management and ownership, including management principles, duties of a service manager, and financial operations of a service facility. The course will provide an understanding of owner communications, shop capacity management, leadership effectiveness, organizational behavior, and promotional strategies.
