Students will develop nursing care strategies for complex family centered care of the pediatric population within multiple interdisciplinary settings. Evidence-based nursing interventions encompassing a holistic approach will be developed. The student will apply growth and development concepts to the care of multiple patients, utilizing informatics and effective therapeutic and professional communication.
