It includes administrative tools, knowledge, and techniques needed to organize, open, and operate a child development facility. Topics include budget, management, regulatory laws, and development of school policies and procedures. This course meets the California Department of Social Services and California Department of Education requirement for child care and preschool program directors and supervisors. (CSU)
