    Description
    Develops proficiency in advanced nursing skills including intravenous therapy, blood product administration, parenteral nutrition, airway and chest tube management, ostomy care, and procedural sedation. Emphasizes safe practice, critical thinking, and patient/family education to ensure quality outcomes in the acute care setting.
