    Presents fundamental concepts and nursing care problems related to pharmacology, nutrition, fluid and electrolyte balance, diagnostic testing, and pain in adults and geriatric patients. Introduces math calculations for medication administration. Prerequisite: Admittance into the registered nursing program.
