The course covers windows desktop computers in a network based environment that IT support technicians typically work. Operating systems are configured in both domain-based and peer-to-peer network environments with access to the Internet and cloud services. Students learn concepts using both desktop and enterprise Virtualization to configure operating systems and access services.
