- Introduces the student to the role of computer information systems and concepts within business organizations. Focus is on computer hardware and software components, systems development, networking, e-commerce, ethics and security. Students use microcomputer applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management to apply computer-based solutions to business problems. Credit for one course allowed between CIS 210 and AGB 210.
