- Examination of individual, group and organizational behavior as it affects performance and productivity in the workplace. Exploration of issues including diversity, leadership, teamwork, motivation, employee development, ethics, decision making and problem solving toward the goal of improving interpersonal effectiveness on the job. This course is also offered as COMM 155 .
