Transferable: CSU; UC General Education: Local GE L3; Cal-GETC Area 3B This course is an introductory survey to the four genres of Spanish-American literature: Poetry, Narrative, Theatre, and the Essay, and the culture which produced it. Post- independence writers and their works will be emphasized. This course is conducted in Spanish.
