Transferable: CSU This is the experimental courses description. 550 Student Government 2025-2026 Official Catalog COSUMNES RIVER COLLEGE Surgical Technology The Surgical Technology program teaches students the skills necessary to become a Surgical Technologist. Surgical Technologists are employed in hospitals, surgery centers, and physician's offices to deliver patient care before, during, and after surgery. Cosumnes River College's program combines academic and clinical instruction, including preparing surgical instruments, passing them to the surgeon, and handling specialized equipment.
