Transfers ToCSUDescriptionRTVF 371 Hollywood TV and Film Studios: A Behind the Scenes Experience Units: 1 Hours: 18 hours LEC Prerequisite: RTVF 330 or 331 with a grade of "C" or better Transferable: CSU This course provides an overview and introduction to video and film production techniques utilized by professionals in and around Hollywood, CA. Students will learn about the operation of motion picture and television studios from behind the scenes. A variety of topics including preproduction, production and post-production techniques, set design and lighting, and the history of Hollywood-style production will be included. Guest speakers will provide a professional perspective on entry-level job skills and analysis of current workforce development.
