- RE 130 Real Estate Finance Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Prerequisite: None. This course is an analysis of real estate financing, including lending policies and issues in financing transactions for residential, commercial, and special purpose properties. Methods of financing properties are emphasized. The course applies toward the State of California's educational requirements for the Salesperson and Broker examinations.
