- MEDA 110 Medical Insurance Procedures Units: 1.5 Hours: 27 hours LEC Prerequisite: None. Corequisite: AH 311 This course will introduce students to the basics of medical office insurance billing. Students will learn the terminology of health insurance, the differences between the various forms of health insurance, as well as the process for patient billing in a medical office setting.
