It will provide students with an overview of the sub-disciplines in kinesiology, including the history, philosophy, sociology and psychology of sport; pedagogy; and motor behavior, biomechanics and physiology of physical activity. In addition, students will learn about career opportunities in teaching physical education, coaching, health and fitness, therapeutic exercise and sport management.
