    Description
    HUM 301 Introduction to the Humanities Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Prerequisite: None. Advisory: Eligibility for ENGL C1000 (formerly known as ENGWR 300). Transferable: CSU; UC General Education: Local GE L3; Cal-GETC Area 3B This course introduces students to the Humanities and the Arts. Emphasis is placed on appreciation. Students develop the tools necessary to analyze and appreciate masterworks from diverse cultures and time periods.
