    Description
    GEOG 305 Global Climate Change Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Prerequisite: None. Transferable: CSU; UC General Education: Local GE L5; Cal-GETC Area 5A This interdisciplinary course explores the natural and human factors causing the Earth's climate to change. Students will be provided with the scientific tools to analyze evidence that climate change is a looming threat. Through lectures, readings, discussions and projects, students will examine the Earth's present and past climates as well as the influence of climate on the geographical distribution of plants, animals and human societies.
