Transferable: CSU; UC (Any or all PE activity courses combined: maximum credit, 4 units) General Education: Local GE L7A The purpose of this course is to teach intermediate swimmers, who have mastered basic water acclimation, water safety, and basic swimming skills, swim training protocols and design, further refinement of stroke technique, proper diving technique, and development of cardiovascular capacity. Students will learn and refine the stroke techniques of freestyle, backstroke, and breaststroke.
