- FIRE 1760 Low-Angle Rope Rescue Operational (LARRO) Units: 0.5 Hours: 7 hours LEC; 17 hours LAB Prerequisite: None. This course provides the techniques and methods for using rope, webbing, hardware friction devices, and litters in low- angle rescue situations. Topics include rope and related equipment, anchor systems, safety lines, stretcher lashing and rigging, mechanical advantage systems, and single-line and two-line rescue systems. Pass/No Pass only.
