    FFS 1541 Intermediate Wildland Fire Behavior (S-290) Units: 1.75 Hours: 32 hours LEC Prerequisite: None. Enrollment Limitation: To enroll in this course (FFS 1541) the student must 1) be an employee of a federal wildland fire fighting agency, which includes: United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, the United States Department of Interior's Bureau of Land Management, National Park Service, United States Fish and Wildlife Service, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, or a member of a local or state fire agency. This course is designed to prepare the prospective fireline supervisor to undertake safe and effective fire management operations.
