- ECE 422 Administration II: Personnel and Leadership in Early Childhood Education Units: 3 Hours: 54 hours LEC Prerequisite: ECE 300 and 312 with grades of "C" or better Advisory: ECE 320 with a grade of "C" or better Transferable: CSU This is an advanced course in administration and coordination of multi-faceted Child Development Programs. The emphasis will be on publicly funded programs and personnel management. This course meets the requirements of the Education Code under Title 5 and the Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
