    Description
    CONST 107 Rough Carpentry III - Exterior Finishes Units: 3 Hours: 27 hours LEC; 81 hours LAB Prerequisite: None. This course is designed to teach the skills required to be successful in the construction industry. Course topics include skill development for hand and power tools, review of framing principles, windows and doors, insulation and ventilation, exterior siding, and roofing. A heavy emphasis is placed on "hands-on" demonstration of proficiency with safe and efficient use of tools, window and door installations, as well as siding and roofing.
