    CONST 106 Rough Carpentry II - Floors, Walls, and Roof Framing Units: 3 Hours: 27 hours LEC; 81 hours LAB Prerequisite: None. This course is designed to teach the skills required to be successful in the construction industry. Course topics include Skill Development in Hand and Power Tool use, as well as techniques in Floor Framing, Wall Framing and Roof Framing. A heavy emphasis is placed on "hands-on" demonstration of proficiency with safe and efficient use of tools, plan reading, as well as the fundamental layout techniques for floor, wall, and roof framing.
