    CISC 360 Information & Communication Technology Essentials (A+) Units: 4 Hours: 54 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB Prerequisite: None. Advisory: CISC 302 and 310 Transferable: CSU C-ID: C-ID ITIS 110 This course provides an introduction to the computer hardware and software skills needed to help meet the growing demand for entry-level ICT professionals. The fundamentals of computer hardware and software, as well as advanced concepts such as security, networking, and the responsibilities of an ICT professional, will be introduced. This course helps to prepare students for the CompTIA A+ certification exam.
