    BIOL 102 Essentials of Human Anatomy and Physiology Units: 4 Hours: 54 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB Prerequisite: None. This introductory course provides an overview of the basic anatomy and physiology of all body systems. It is designed as a non-transferable course and meets the minimum requirements for Medical Assisting, Health Information Technology, Emergency Medical Technician, Pharmacy Technology, Licensed Vocational Nursing, and other health- related technologies. It is also useful for strengthening or developing a vocabulary in human anatomy and physiology.
