Transferable: CSU; UC This course is an introductory class in wheel-thrown ceramics. The course will provide students with a broad understanding of the ceramics process, from clay composition to fired-glazed wares. Alternative firing processes are explored, such as Raku, pit firing, and sawdust firing.
