    ART 325 Introduction to Graphic Design Units: 3 Hours: 36 hours LEC; 54 hours LAB Prerequisite: ART 320 with a grade of "C" or better, or placement through the assessment process. Transferable: CSU This is an introduction to the visual communication arts. The course will cover a series of creative problems designed to analyze letterform and image and demonstrate impact on visual perception. The student will be introduced to the terminology of traditional and digital tools and the visual language of graphic design. Field trips may be required for this course.
