Transferable: CSU This course includes a basic study of vehicles and their mechanical systems including vehicle purchase, vehicle maintenance, vehicle safety systems and the principles and operation of the automotive engine, engine support systems, the drive train, steering, suspension and brakes. This class also explores consumers' legal rights concerning vehicle purchase, repair, replacement and recalls.
