    ADAPT 336 Motor Development for the Physically Challenged Units: 1 - 2 Hours: 54 - 108 hours LAB Prerequisite: None. Enrollment Limitation: A physician's statement verifying the disability, contraindications, and recommended activities. Transferable: CSU; UC General Education: Local GE L7A This course gives the student individual instruction which promotes and develops overall physical fitness and psychomotor skills. This activity class for the physically challenged includes exercises in flexibility, strength development, aerobic activity and relaxation training. Students must have a doctor's recommendation on file.
