    Total Lecture Hours: 54 This course examines factors that affect the value of real estate. Topics include the nature of land economics and the classification of properties; fluctuations in economic value; money and financing; government regulations and taxes; residential and nonresidential markets; real property; and special purpose property. The course applies toward the state's educational requirements for the broker's examination. Formerly known as BURE 082.
