    Total Lecture Hours: 54 This course is a study of California real estate principles as applied to the following areas: land economics; interests in the uses of land; land transfers; buying and selling of real estate; contracts, liens, and encumbrances; real estate finance; and preparation of the student for the professional goal of salesperson. Students must take this course to be eligible for the California real estate salesperson exam. Formerly known as BURE 081.
