    Total Lecture Hours: 54 This course examines the history of organizational design, managerial processes, and motivational theories in the context of current management problems. It includes a study of the role of managers in technologically and culturally diverse environments, including the functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. The student is provided an opportunity to gain contemporary knowledge in management design and to improve managerial insights, skills, and abilities.
