    Description
    This course is designed to develop critical thinking, reading, writing, and research skills on various social and cultural issues. Students will develop advanced essay writing skills with an emphasis on argumentation and analysis in sociological insights and theories as a background for understanding current events and issues. Analyze and evaluate politics, economics, and cultural problems and issues through a sociological lens.
