    Description
    This course is an activity class that is designed for the fast-pitch softball player with beginning to intermediate skills. In addition to the refinement of beginning techniques and skills, winning strategies and game-like situation will be examined. Special emphasis will be placed on the mental aspect of the game, as well as, pre-season and pre-game preparedness.
