    Description
    This course is designed for the continuing beginning guitar student. This course builds upon the fundamentals of 158-A and is also recommended for guitarists with entry-level reading experience. It introduces diverse open position chords, strum patterns, scales, and single/double note reading across all six strings in the first position while incorporating accidentals. Students will learn classical technique with two and three-part texture in simple keys, using a variety of music. This section will focus on technical foundations of playing.
