Prerequisites may also be challenged by presenting a transcript demonstrating that a student has completed a course or courses similar to the prerequisites. Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course provides additional instruction in writing and producing student news media using the college news publication, The Advocate, as a journalistic product for distribution to a college-wide audience. Students will choose to work in at least one of the following areas: researching and writing articles; taking photographs, designing photo stories and creating graphic illustrations; planning, developing and creating multimedia stories; designing stories, pages and/or advertisements for print or online content.
