    Description
    This course is an intensive rehabilitation and recovery training for students intending to work in the field of mental health. The course focuses on moving beyond the medical model of mental illness to a model that focuses on wellness and recovery. It emphasizes the development of personal recovery skills as well as work skills used by effective mental health providers. SPIRIT III is the last of three courses that lead to a Certificate of Accomplisment in Peer Support Services.
