Transfers ToCSUDescriptionThis course will assist the students in developing the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage and supervise an early childhood education program. The focus will be on the study and the development of the interpersonal and communication skills, management skills, and supervision. Students will learn not only to develop positive relationships with others but also to facilitate the development of positive interpersonal relationships with and among peers, subordinates, and others.
