Students develop proficiency in utilizing residential income and commercial and industrial property appraisal guidelines to create a standard appraisal form. Emphasis is placed on the advanced cost approach valuation, in addition to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) ethics.
