Transfers ToCSUDescription270, STAT C1000, C1000H, with a minimum grade of C in each and acknowledgment by the instructor with whom the student will work. This course provides an opportunity for the student to expand their studies in Mathematics, not usually covered in a regular course, by completing a project or an assignment arranged by agreement between the student and instructor. The student is required to contact the instructor to determine the scope of the assignment and the unit value assigned for successful completion (54 hours per unit). Students must confer with the instructor to coordinate the assigned mathematics projects.
