    Description
    This course provides an interdisciplinary study of Chicana/o/x culture in the U.S. It highlights how historical and contemporary cultural production (ex., art, literature, language, music, film and television) serves as a form of resistance to colonialism, racism, and discrimination. Students will critically analyze Chicana/o/x values, norms, and customs, exploring their role in fostering resilience and empowerment.
