    Description
    Covers welding safety, shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), and metal cutting processes. This course complies with American Welding Society (AWS) and Schools Excelling through National Skills Education (SENSE) curriculum standards. All materials including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are supplied by Columbia College, however, it is understood that students may want to purchase their own PPE to suit their comfort so long as equipment meets all safety standards.
