    Description
Microeconomics emphasizes the study of individual units. The consumer: consumer behavior theory, demand and elasticity. The corporation: analysis of costs, theory of production, pricing factor inputs including wages, rent, and interest; the social implications of various market structures; and special economic problems. Further understanding of these concepts and topics will be aided by the use of current events both foreign and domestic, and enhanced instruction by the use of electronic communication and interactive material.
