- The principles of management leadership, techniques of decision making and problem solving, methods used by the leader to achieve organizational goals, communication styles, leading teams and change, and the importance of relationships in the success of organizations. Transfer credit limited to elective units only. This course not required for students transferring with an AS-T in Business Administration.
