    Description
    This course will expose students to the process of analyzing dramatic literature from a variety of viewpoints. It will critically examine works throughout history to break them down into component elements. This course will analyze these texts from the perspectives of technician, dramaturge, literary scholar, actor, director, philosopher, political scientist and social psychologist. By taking a variety of analytical approaches, a broad range of tools for analyzing scripts will become available to the students. C-ID THTR 114.
